BOARD BILL NO. 216 INTRODUCED BY ALDERMAN TERRY KENNEDY An Ordinance recommended by the Planning Commission on December 7, 2016, to change the zoning of property as indicated on the District Map and in City Block 2513, from “C” Multiple-Family Dwelling District to the “G” Local Commercial and Office District, at 3869, 3871, 3873, 3881, 3883-85 & 3887 Bell Avenue and 3870, 3974, 3878-82, 3884, 3886 & 3888 Windsor Place, so as to include the described parcels of land in City Block 2513; and containing an emergency clause.
