Healthworks Hospital Project
Summary
The Healthworks Hospital Project is a 3-bed hospital, expandable up to 103,000 square feet, with a 24-hour emergency room and associated public infrastructure improvements, at the cost of approximately $72,900,000 for all phases. This 2019 Board Bill authorizes the execution of an Amended and Restated Parcel Development Agreement for the Healthworks Hospital Project.
