This Board Bill eliminates the Hadley Dean Building Special Allocation Fund for the TIF so named due to an abatement granted in lieu of TIF Notes. The said Special Allocation Fund will pass through any PILOTs and EATs captured to the statutory Taxing Jurisdictions.
