Summary

900 North is the owner of constructed improvements located at 900 N Tucker in the City of St. Louis, Missouri (“900 North Building”). InterCo Plaza consists of several parcels located along Dr. Martin Luther King Drive (“InterCo Plaza"), which is adjacent to the 900 North Building. Pursuant to a Maintenance Agreement, the City of St. Louis will grant 900 North a permit to enter upon InterCo Plaza to perform maintenance services directly to InterCo Plaza, which services shall include landscape improvements, mowing and trimming the grass, trees, and shrubs. The proposed board bill will have a positive impact on the community, as it will preserve infrastructure and beautification in the relevant area.
