Summary

This Ordinance authorizes the City to enter into a First Supplemental Agreement to Airport Aid Agreement (Project No. AIR 196-113C-1) with the Missouri Highways & Transportation Commission (“Project") which extends the original time period of the Project by six months from June 30, 2020 up to and including December 31, 2020. The original time period was August 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020. This Ordinance contains an emergency clause. The required local match for the City is 10% or $55,222 for a total Project value of $572,222. The funds are used to reimburse the City up to $515,000 for direct costs incurred by the City for the marketing and promotion of Air Service at the Airport.
