Summary
This Board Bill amends Ordinance # 70717 dated February 27, 2018. Ordinance # 70717 approved a Chapter 99 Redevelopment Plan for the 300 South Broadway Redevelopment Area. This Board Bill amends the provisions of the Plan and Ordinance to allow for up to ten (10) years @ 90% of tax abatement rather than twenty (20) years, extends the deadline for completion to 5 years and amends the Urban Design provisions of the Plan, calling for the rehabilitation of the building rather than demolition and new construction.
