Resolution

the Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we pause in our deliberations to congratulate Chester Deanes for more than 15 years of commitment, dedication, and contributions to all the families he has served, and we wish him peace and happiness in his “semi-tirement”. We further insist that Chester take more time enjoying his family, playing with his grandson, and experiencing the cultural arts, while all the while having the Negro National Anthem in his ears and in his heart.
