the Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we pause in our deliberations to recognize, acknowledge, and thank Elder Edmund Lowe, Sr. for the many contributions he has made throughout his life to educate, embrace, and spread the Word of God throughout the St. Louis community.
