the Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we pause in our deliberations to recognize the retirement of Nina Welch and express our sincerest appreciation for her dedicated service to the City of St. Louis and the Judicial Circuit Court, we offer our congratulations on her well-earned retirement
