Resolution

That the Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis pauses to recognize and celebrate the life of Dr. Barbara H. Gwinn and acknowledge her accomplishments and contributions to her family, church, and community. We further direct the Clerk of this Board to spread a copy of this Resolution across the minutes of these proceedings and to prepare a memorial copy to the end that it may be presented to the family of Barbara at a time and place deemed appropriate by the Sponsor.
