NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we request the City of St. Louis Board of Public Service, the Planning & Urban Design Agency and Streets Department, and Bi-State Development Agency and Great Rivers Greenway to commission a Strategic Mobility and Transportation Master Plan to guide and direct transportation and mobility planning, investment, maintenance, and funding strategies that maintain and enhance St. Louis transportation assets while improving quality of life and health for its residents.
