NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this Honorable Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we pause in our deliberations to recognize the many accomplishments and achievements of Dr. Alyce Herndon and her award given by Missouri Minority Business Development Agency at their 3rd Annual Tribute to Women Business Leaders Brunch on March 25, 2023.
