Summary

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that the creation of a special committee be authorized for the purpose of investigating the state of the long-term care field, its non-profit and for-profit providers, its regulators, its recipients and their demographics, rates of pay, staffing pipeline, systemic problems, and possible solutions.
