NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by this Honorable Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we pause in our deliberations to recognize the 90th Birthday celebration of Helen Magarine Jones Alford and by adoption of this resolution wish to join in with those celebrating this amazing life milestone.
