NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that this Honorable Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis pauses in its deliberations to honor The Lady Shirley Wooten on her many achievements and for receiving the Prestigious Presidential Lifetime Award for her contributions in the community as a Spiritual Advisor and Humanitarian from Harvest Christian University.
