NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis hereby recognizes and honors Dr. Jimmy L. Brown on the extraordinary occasion of his 50th Pastoral Anniversary (1976-2026) as Pastor of St. Luke Memorial Missionary Baptist Church, located in the Elevated 11th Ward's Covenant Blu-Grand Center Neighborhood at 3623 Finney Avenue joyfully celebrates his exceptional contributions to faith, family, community, and country and that this resolution stands as a lasting expression of gratitude and appreciation for Dr. Brown's remarkable legacy, with heartfelt congratulations and best wishes for continued blessings, good health, and many more years of faithful service.
