Summary

NOW THEREFORE IT BE RESOLVED, by this Honorable Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we urge the Missouri General Assembly to reject statutory reclassifications that circumvent local authority and to instead work collaboratively with municipalities and regional districts to strengthen successful local waste reduction and recycling systems.
