NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that the St. Louis Board of Aldermen voluntarily recognizes the United Auto Workers as the bargaining representative for the Organizing Committee of the Legislative Staff at the St. Louis Board of Aldermen.
