Summary

Now therefore be it resolved by the Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we pause in our deliberations to recognize and honor Nygia Chapman and Hibbett for their outstanding leadership in organizing the 314 Day Community Celebration and for their continued commitment to fostering community pride, engagement, and opportunity for residents throughout the City of St. Louis.
