NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that we join in celebrating the 40th Church Anniversary of True Gospel Temple Church, commending its lasting contributions to the spiritual and social fabric of the community; and by the Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we pause in our deliberations to humbly congratulate and recognize Bishop Reginald C. Speed Jr. for his outstanding leadership
