Summary

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that this Board call upon Lessee to as per the lease agreement to immediately submit any and all audited financial statements for the years 2020 through 2026 and any other financial statements to both the Board of Aldermen and to SLDC and the sponsor of this Resolution showing the Lessee has received no such distributions. These audited financial statements must be received by the sponsor and there must be adequate time to have the documents audited and authenticated by financial experts before passing of an ordinance that would allow EPV2 Dignity House, LLC to sell or assign its interest under the lease to another entity.
