Solidarity with the Workers of Union Loafers

Summary

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that this Board hereby recognizes and celebrates the employees of Union Loafers, Inc. for their courage and initiative in organizing the Loafers Union and respectfully calls upon the ownership of Union Loafers, Inc. to voluntarily recognize the Loafers Union as the collective bargaining representative of its employees, and to lead by example in demonstrating how a vibrant, successful, and unionized restaurant can thrive in the City of St. Louis.
