NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we pause in our deliberations to recognize and honor the LaLa Speaks Foundation, its founder Jazzie Ford, and all its volunteers and partners for their compassionate and disciplined service to our community.
