Summary

NOW THEREFORE IT BE RESOLVED, within, 60 after the passage of this Resolution that LRA develop a Pilot Plan for Owner Occupied Properties and an additional Pilot Plan for Non-Owner-Occupied Properties that are next door (immediately adjacent) to LRA Properties that should be demolished but are not on the demolition list for LRA properties to be demolished in the next 6 months.
