NOW THERFORE BE IT RESOLVED that this Honorable Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis pauses in its deliberations to welcome the artists of Divadlo Štúdio Tanca and Terry Smitka, Honorary Consul of Slovakia in Kansas City, and join in celebrating this debut performance in the United States and their twenty-five (25) years of international success.
