Summary

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we pause in our deliberations to recognize the 12th Biennial Conference and the 25th anniversary celebration of The Association for the Study of the Worldwide African Diaspora (ASWAD) and by adoption of this Resolution join in with those honoring his life and accomplishments.
