Summary

NOW THEREFORE IT BE RESOLVED Forestry, Parks, the Director of Operations, and the Mayor should develop a plan that effectively cuts all the grass, weeds, and brush on lots, properties, parks, tree-lawns, medians, trim hedges, pick up trash and clean up after cutting all on the same day and any other grass by Neighborhood so as to maintain Neighborhood Standards and not to endanger the citizens that live in the community or to devalue the property value of those communities or not to forget and leave trash in streets for weeks and months on end. This current practice of cutting grass is illegal under the city laws and racist in its impact as it impacts mostly propertied in North St. Louis Neighborhoods.
