NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that this Honorable Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis pauses in its deliberations to send its congratulations and salutations to Mother Barbara McCoo-Lewis, General Supervisor International Women's Department, Church of God In Christ.
