NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that this Honorable Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis pauses in its deliberations to honor and thank Bishop Lawrence M. Wooten, 2nd Assistant Presiding Bishop of the Church of God in Christ, Bishop of Williams Temple COGIC.
