NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this Honorable Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we pause in our deliberations to recognize the incredible support Merrilynn gave to her Deaf-Blind sibling and to commemorate her achievement of receiving the 2025 Marcus Velázquez Service Award.
