NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this Honorable Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we pause in our deliberations to honor and celebrate the life, achievements, and enduring legacy of Jean McClendon—a woman of faith, resilience, and unwavering commitment to improving the lives of others. Her contributions have left an indelible mark on her community and serve as a guiding light for future generations.
