NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we pause in our deliberations to express our condolences, as well as to honor and reflect upon the inspiring life of retired St. Louis Firefighter, Tyrone Michael Simms and by the adoption of this Resolution, wish to join in with those celebrating his life.
