NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this Honorable Board of Alderman of the City of St. Louis that we pause in our deliberations to thank, congratulate, and honor Detective Edward Clark for his many years of service to our community and the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department and to recognize him for his accomplishments.
