NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by this Honorable Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis, that we pause in our deliberations to recognize and commend Suzy Barbosa for her extraordinary leadership, her unwavering dedication to community service, and her tireless efforts in championing immigrant entrepreneurship.
