NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we pause in our deliberations to honor the extraordinary life and enduring legacy of Percy Green II, a true hero of the civil rights movement and the contemporary political movement whose courage consistently changes the face of opportunity in St. Louis.
