NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we pause in our deliberations to recognize, honor, and celebrate 2025 Esther and Edward Haywood Caring Educator Awardee Mrs. Lavonne Taylor.
