NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that this Honorable Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis pauses in our deliberations to honor the life and legacy of Mr. Ray Anthony Brown and by adoption of this Resolution send our condolences to his family and join in with those celebrating his life.
