NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this Honorable Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we pause in our deliberations to recognize the 100th Anniversary of Black History Month and applaud the various groups, organizations families, individuals, agencies and institutions that observe and/or hold Black History Month activities.
