NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this Honorable Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we pause in our deliberations to honor Pastor Michael Lampkin for his many achievements and contributions made to the City of St. Louis, and for his outstanding service to our community.
