NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we direct the officials of the St. Louis City Parks, Recreation and Forestry Department to use their full authority to name the Pavilion in the Lorretta Hall Park “Ricardo “Rick The Ruler” Darnell Riley Pavilion”, in honor of his many years of service.
