Now therefore be it resolved by the Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we pause in our deliberations to recognize and commend Ms. Delores Rich (Ms. Dee), to her family, and to the families of Shawn Nunley and Leon Roberts, as a token of appreciation and recognition for their roles in strengthening the fabric of our community.
