NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we pause in our deliberations to recognize and honor Marcus Adams for his exceptional contributions to community development, housing advocacy, spiritual leadership, and public service, and extend our deepest appreciation for his enduring legacy of compassion, empowerment, and commitment to the people of St. Louis and beyond.
