NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this Honorable Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we pause in our deliberations to honor Mrs. Caroline Loughlin and Mr. Philip H. Loughlin III for their outstanding civic leadership, generosity, and dedication to Tower Grove Park and the St. Louis community. We congratulate them on receiving the James Gurney Award and express our sincere appreciation for their lasting contributions to the beauty, vitality, and cultural fabric of the City of St. Louis.
