NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by this Honorable Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis hereby recognizes and honors the Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. - Kappa Sigma Chapter for its outstanding service, dedication, and commitment to our community. We extend our sincere gratitude and appreciation for its invaluable contributions and commend it for embodying the spirit of service that makes the #BlackWallStreet314 Festival possible.
