NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis does hereby honor and commend BISHOP PHIL BROWNLEE AND FIRST LADY PASTOR SHARELL BROWNLEE for their outstanding leadership, selfless service, and unwavering commitment to the residents of the 7th Ward and the City of St. Louis
