NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this Honorable Board of Alderman of the City of St. Louis that we pause in our deliberations to recognize El Barrio Block Party 2026 and the joy and cultural connections it provides to St. Louis Puerto Ricans and neighbors alike
