NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that we, the members of the Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis, join Teri Lynn Rose’s family, friends, neighbors, fellow parishioners, and the entire College Hill community in mourning her passing and celebrating her extraordinary life, service, and legacy; and
