NOW THEREFORE IT BE RESOLVED, by the Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis, that we hereby recognize and honor Ms. Maseline Cannon for her remarkable 100 years of life and her lasting contributions to the City of St. Louis including most especially her warmth, wisdom, kindness, and encouraging words.
