NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this Honorable Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we pause in our deliberations to honor Sergeant Robert J Russo for more than 30 years devoting his life towards serving his community and country. His leadership, integrity, and unwavering commitment to service has left a lasting impact on community and individuals through the region and for his outstanding service to community.
