Meeting Information

The Commission has moved to a regular schedule of five to seven meetings per year. 

Meetings are generally held the first Tuesday of the month at 11:30 a.m. Below is a tentative meeting schedule:

• January (Allocation of Fall Round Awards)
• March
• May
• June
• September (Fall round opens)
• November

The Commission reserves the right to request a special meeting to handle urgent matters of business should issues arise.
